Join a leading healthcare provider in England as a Community Team Manager, where you’ll oversee clinical services within a dedicated team. This role emphasizes leadership in nursing care, operational management, and fostering a supportive environment for patients and staff. The post holder will be based within the North Lincolnshire Learning Disability team and part of the wider Learning Disability and Forensic directorate. Working closely with the Learning Disability Service Manager, the post holder will review current business activities within the service. They will also lead in promoting the service, identifying good practice, and working with the team to implement recommendations.
The post holder will have direct line management responsibilities for the service and ensure robust management of the team.
The community team manager will oversee the day-to-day clinical and operational responsibilities for the clinical services within the nurse teams, the Intensive Support Team, and the wider multi-disciplinary team.
They will lead and support the nursing team in providing high standards of nursing care across various clinical specialties and contribute to the development of community health team services. Additionally, they will lead and embed the principles of transforming care across the learning disability service.
