Job summary

Devon Communities Together is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead community-led projects across Devon. You will plan, coordinate with local groups and partners, and drive delivery from start to finish.

The role is a permanent contract in a hybrid (Devon) working arrangement with a strong emphasis on collaboration and impact evaluation to improve access to resources for rural communities.

Qualifications

• We are looking for an organised, proactive and collaborative project professional who can combine strong project management skills with a genuine commitment to supporting communities.
• Experience of asset-based community development, inclusive collaboration and community engagement is desirable.
• Ability to manage resources, communicate effectively, facilitate sessions and deliver outcomes within timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through to successful delivery across Devon communities.
• Work with communities, partners, funders and stakeholders to ensure meaningful outcomes and social impact.
• Monitor progress, report results and adapt plans to changing needs.
