Job summary

Cartrefi Conwy is seeking an inspiring Team Leader - Connected Communities to lead the delivery of projects, partnerships and initiatives that improve tenants' lives and local communities. You will manage a team focused on community engagement, employability, social value and grants, and build strong partnerships with schools, councils and community organisations.

You will report on governance and impact, drive continuous improvement and ensure safeguarding, wellbeing and inclusive engagement

Qualifications

• Experience of leading and developing people.
• Delivering community engagement, social value, employability or development initiatives.
• Building effective partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
• Managing projects, priorities and performance targets.
• Understanding local community challenges and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the Connected Communities team.
• Oversee work experience opportunities and school engagement programmes.
• Coordinate targeted community projects addressing local needs and improving life opportunities.
• Manage community grants and ensure governance and impact reporting.
• Build partnerships with schools, community organisations and local authorities.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Champion safeguarding, wellbeing and inclusive community engagement.
