Role

At The Halliday Foundation, we are committed to addressing the immediate and long-term needs of individuals and families of all ages affected by homelessness and poverty. Through volunteers and strong, stigma-free relationships, we provide practical support while creating inclusive, empowering spaces that foster dignity, build self-esteem, and reduce social isolation.

We tackle community inequalities by connecting people across divides, supporting children, young people, adults, and older generations. We help develop life and employability skills and open pathways out of poverty that promote independence and hope for the future.

By working collaboratively with individuals, organisations, and communities, we aim to break the cycle of disadvantage and build a future where everyone—regardless of age or background—has the opportunity to thrive.

Together, we empower change—one person, one community at a time.
