Places for People is seeking a Community Housing Manager to deliver customer-focused housing management across a regional patch, taking ownership of tenancy issues and safeguarding. You will inspect communal areas, manage anti-social behaviour and support customers to sustain tenancies while coordinating with internal teams and partners.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within housing management across rented tenures.
• Understanding tenancy law and tenancy sustainment.
• Experience handling anti-social behaviour and safeguarding needs.
• CIH Housing Certificate is beneficial or willingness to work towards it.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer-focused housing management across a regional patch.
• Own tenancy and neighbourhood issues and find practical solutions.
• Inspect communal areas and manage anti-social behaviour or breaches.
• Support customers to sustain tenancies and keep communities safe.
• Oversee service charge budgets and collaborate with internal/external partners.
• Identify vulnerable customers and support safeguarding procedures.
