Royal Devon is seeking Healthcare Assistants to join our Urgent Community Response teams, delivering high-quality care at patients' homes across Exeter, Mid and Eastern Devon. This development role welcomes those new to healthcare, with training and a comprehensive induction including the National Care Certificate.

You will travel to patients' homes from an Exmouth base, work across a 7-day rota (0730-2200), and may receive pay enhancements for shifts.

Competenze

• No formal experience required; desire to help and care for people.
• Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle.

Mansioni

• Provide personal care and assist in recovery at home.
• Monitor patient condition and liaise with health professionals.
• Travel to patients' homes across Exeter, Woodbury, Exmouth & Budleigh.
