Job Description:

Sunlight Care Group is seeking dedicated and compassionate Community Healthcare Workers to join our team in the London Borough of Brent. As a Community Healthcare Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and improve their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication administration.
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary requirements are met.
• Support clients with mobility and everyday activities.
• Build positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and detailed care records.
• Observe and report any changes in clients' health or wellbeing.
• Promote a safe and comfortable living environment for clients.

Requirements:

• A caring and compassionate nature.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in healthcare or a similar role is advantageous but not essential.

• A valid UK driving licence is preferred but not mandatory.
