Community Care Worker – Driver's Wanted

Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference in your local community? Charmes Care is currently recruiting Community Care Workers who drive, to support individuals across the Isle of Wight to live safely and independently at home.

Please note: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.

Location: Isle of Wight
Pay: £13.51 per hour
Contract Types: Full-time, Part-time, Bank (Flexible hours)
Shifts Available: Mornings (07:00–14:30) | Evenings (14:30–23:00) | Weekends

About the Role:

As a Community Care Worker, you will travel between clients' homes and provide person-centred care based on their individual needs. Your duties may include:

* Supporting with personal care (e.g., bathing, showering, toileting)
* Assisting with mobility and medication
* Preparing meals and supporting nutrition
* Light domestic tasks
* Providing companionship and emotional support

You’ll be a key part of helping people maintain their independence and dignity at home.

Experience and Qualifications:

Do you have experience in the community or within the care sector?
Do you hold an NVQ Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care?

If so, we want to hear from you.

If you have no previous experience, we still encourage you to apply – full training is provided.
