What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: £26,956.80 (based on a 40-hour contract), plus mileage. Hourly rate of £12.96.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals to live independently in their homes.
  • Provide support with daily routines, including personal care (showering, bathing, continence care).
  • Help with mobility and administer medication as needed.
  • Prepare meals, assist with light domestic tasks, and offer companionship.
  • Deliver care tailored to individual needs as outlined in their care plans.

Locations We Serve:

Charmes Care supports the Isle of Wight community, covering areas like East Cowes, Cowes, Wootton, Binstead, Ryde, Seaview, St Helens, Bembridge, and Brading.

Requirements:

  • A full driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.
  • A friendly, caring, and compassionate attitude with a desire to go above and beyond in your role.
