A prominent NHS community services provider in East and West Sussex is seeking a Band 3 Healthcare Assistant to deliver high-quality care in a community setting. Responsibilities include undertaking clinical procedures under guidance, empowering patients, and maintaining accurate records. We are looking to recruit dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic Band 3 Healthcare Assistant who has a passion for delivering high quality care within a community setting. They will be working within the Havens Primary Care Network (PCN) visiting patients who are registered with GP surgeries; Havens Health in Peacehaven, Chapel Street and Quayside in Newhaven.
This is an ideal opportunity for anyone looking for a career within healthcare, or an existing Band 3 Healthcare Assistant who wants to develop their clinical knowledge and practice within the community. Community and healthcare experience is desirable, but not essential as training will be given to develop the skills and knowledge required for this role such as insulin administration, wound care, completing observations, Catheter care and venepuncture.
