A healthcare organization in Burton on the Wolds is seeking a dedicated Individual to support clients in maintaining their health and well-being within the Charnwood Community Mental Health Team. The role involves assisting healthcare professionals, managing care plans, and undertaking clinical tasks. Ideal candidates are motivated individuals with experience in multidisciplinary care and a passion for high-quality service. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
The successful candidate will be supporting clients/service users in maintaining their health and wellbeing, undertaking specified and delegated clinical and therapeutic activities under the supervision of healthcare professionals, in addition to assisting the healthcare team with the planning, organising and provision of clinical care.
This role is based within the Charnwood Community Mental Health Team at Loughborough Hospital. It is a full-time role working Monday-Friday 9-5pm. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for providing high-quality care to older people.
The successful candidate will demonstrate our Trust values through their everyday work, providing the best care possible to our service users. You will be working in a team that fosters a collaborative, multi-disciplinary approach, with close links to GPs, community health services, other mental health services, and social services.
