Our Bromsgrove Neighbourhood teamconsists of Community Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists,Healthcare Assistants and administrative staff; with GP and social carecolleagues working closely alongside. While on duty you will either be working aloneor alongside colleagues to support delegated tasks in line with Trust standardsand core values. Your typical working day will include home visitsfor adults over 18 years needing a range of interventions. These include caringfor people reaching the end of their life, supporting personal care,participating in manual handling, recording observations and all types of woundcare- post operative wounds, leg ulcers, pressure ulcers and complex dressingregimes.
