Job summary

Serene Care Jersey is seeking a compassionate Health Care Assistant to deliver person-centred care in the community. You will promote independence, dignity and choice while tailoring support to each individual's needs.

The role requires a full driving licence, excellent communication, reliability and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to cover weekdays, evenings and weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence (essential).
• Experience supporting individuals with a range of needs.
• RQF Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (preferred).
• Good communication skills.
• Compassionate, professional and reliable.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work weekdays, evenings and weekends.
• Experience supporting people with Dementia is highly desirable.
