Job summary

Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust is inviting a clinician to join the Community Gynaecology Service, strengthening capacity and reducing waiting times across multiple community sites in Leeds. The role includes triage, clinical queries, and involvement in governance, audits and service development.

The post holder will provide specialist care for benign gynaecological conditions and undertake outpatient procedures such as IUC fitting/removal, endometrial sampling and vulval biopsies.

Qualifications

• Qualified clinician with evidence of gynaecology practice.
• Experience in community health or primary/secondary care pathways.
• Ability to contribute to audits and service development.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist care for benign gynaecological conditions across community sites.
• Perform outpatient procedures such as IUC fitting/removal, endometrial sampling, vulval biopsies.
• Support triage, clinical queries, incident reviews and complaint reviews as required.
• Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement and service development.
