Gloucestershire County Council's Gloucestershire Libraries is seeking a Development Officer (Community Connection & Inclusion) to lead marketing, audience development and new memberships across the service. The role focuses on campaign management, income generation from donations, trusts and grants, and developing countywide initiatives with communities, partners and funders.

Fluency in English and a proactive, team-oriented approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience of projects and project management.
• Marketing, communications and branding experience.
• Income generation knowledge (donations, trusts, grants).
• Data and insights: reporting and interpreting data.

Responsibilities

• Marketing and communications planning for all aspects of the library service.
• Income generation from donations, memberships, trusts and grants.
• Develop and promote countywide initiatives linked to audience development and new memberships.
