This full-time, permanent role involves raising funds from various sources to support school priorities. The position allows for hybrid working, requiring 2-3 days in the office weekly.
Role: Community Fundraising Manager (Primary Schools, London)
Salary: £40k per annum
Location: Hybrid in central London
Civitas Recruitment is working with two city primary schools with unique ethos. An exciting opportunity exists for a Fundraiser to join the team. The role involves raising philanthropic income from local businesses, individuals, trusts, and foundations to support the schools' fundraising priorities, including repaying deficits. This is a full-time, permanent position with hybrid working in Soho, London, requiring at least 2-3 days in the office.
Who are we looking for?
Candidates should have experience in fundraising or income generation, including bid applications, and a track record of achieving income targets. Excellent communication skills, influencing, negotiating, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities are essential. Interpersonal skills, diplomacy, discretion, and tact are also required. Experience in educational or charity fundraising is a plus but not essential.
