As a Community Fundraising Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for community fundraisers for Diabetes UK. Your responsibilities include managing supporters, ensuring they have a positive experience, and helping them raise funds for the charity. You will collaborate closely with the wider Community Fundraising team, providing professional and timely support.

Role Responsibilities
Engage with community fundraisers, from organizing a bake sale to skydiving events, ensuring they receive excellent support and become lifelong supporters. Provide administrative support to the team and foster professional relationships to enhance team effectiveness.
The Ideal Candidate
Experience in delivering excellent customer service, preferably in a charity or related sector. Strong organizational skills to manage deadlines and workload, and excellent communication skills. No prior fundraising experience is required; transferable skills and enthusiasm to learn are valued.
