About the role
Are you a people-person with a passion for making a difference? Ready to take the lead in building vibrant community connections that change lives?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Community Fundraiser to join our dynamic team and help power the life-changing work we do. This isn’t just a desk job – it’s a chance to get out there, connect with people, and bring our mission to life in the heart of the community.
You’ll be the friendly face of Roundabout across South Yorkshire – inspiring schools, faith groups, sports teams, local clubs and small businesses to get involved, give back, and fundraise in creative ways. Whether you’re rallying volunteers, hosting stalls at events, giving talks, or dreaming up bold new fundraising ideas, you’ll be at the centre of the action.
You’ll also play a key role in looking after our amazing individual donors – building lasting relationships and designing engaging campaigns that keep them inspired and connected.
This role is perfect for someone who’s confident, proactive, and loves variety. You’ll manage your own admin, use our supporter database, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You’ll need to be flexible, ready to work evenings and weekends, and have access to your own car to travel across the region.
If you’re ready to bring energy, ideas, and heart to a role where your work truly matters – we’d love to hear from you!
