Job summary

Co-op Digital is seeking Customer Team Members to join our local Co-op store, working as part of a friendly team on the shop floor and tills to help customers and support daily operations.

This part-time, permanent role features varied shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, late evenings, and at least one weekend shift, with full paid training provided. Location: 110 Main Street, Forth, ML11 8AB.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for helping people and delivering friendly service.
• Ability to work across a variety of shifts and as part of a team.
• Interest in retail and busy store environments (experience not required).

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, thoughtful service on the shop floor and at tills.
• Support daily store operations and keep shelves stocked.
• Maintain price and stock accuracy and help ensure store safety and legality.
• Contribute to a great shopping experience and assist with community engagement.
