We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Community & Events Lead / Senior Executive to take ownership of our in-person event logistics and organic community engagement. This is a hybrid role focused on creating exceptional event experiences while growing and managing our online brand presence.
You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of trade shows, expos, conferences, and Partful-owned events, ensuring every detail is handled-from booth logistics to branded merch. You'll also manage our organic social media channels (LinkedIn) and community-building initiatives, helping bring the Partful brand to life online and in real life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own planning and execution of Partful's presence at industry events, including expos, trade shows, and conferences
- Manage all event logistics: stand design and layout, supplier coordination, shipping, travel, power, internet, and venue communications
- Coordinate the production of branded handouts, merch, signage, and digital assets to ensure consistency and quality
- Collaborate with the sales team on event strategy, lead capture, speaking opportunities, and post-event follow-up
- Organise and deliver Partful-owned events such as customer roundtables, breakfasts, talks, or networking sessions
- Manage day-to-day operations of Partful's and key thought leader's organic social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram), including content planning, posting, and response engagement
- Work closely with designers and content creators to produce high-quality, on-brand creative assets for events and social channels
- Track, measure, and report on event ROI and social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices in event marketing and community engagement
About You:
- 2-4 years' experience in a marketing events, or community engagement role - ideally in a B2B or tech environment
- Proven experience managing logistics and delivery of trade shows, conferences, or branded events
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with strong project management and time management skills
- Confident communicator who can work cross-functionally with sales, content, and design teams
- Experience managing social media channels and creating engaging organic content
- Creative, proactive, and resourceful-someone who gets things done and brings fresh ideas to the table
- Passion for creating memorable brand experiences and building strong customer connections
This is a hybrid role and based in Manchester at least two days a week.
