To support the Local Area Teams to improve and maintain the standard and safety of the communal areas in our communities through the effective delivery of caretaking services to tenants and residents in various locations across the Falkirk Council area, by tackling fly tipping and graffiti, undertaking estate inspections and completing minor environmental and preventative repairs.
