Job summary

Millbrook Healthcare is recruiting a Community Equipment Technician to deliver, install and collect community equipment at customers' homes and other locations across Oxford. You will play a key role in enabling people to live independently.

You will also support servicing and repair of equipment; training is provided. The role includes Same Day and out-of-hours weekend cover, with a friendly team and flexible working options where possible.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence (minimum 2 years) with no more than 6 points.
• Able to load and unload goods, some of which may be heavy.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Basic DIY skills are advantageous for adaptations at home.
• Previous van driving experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, install and collect community equipment in customers' homes and other locations.
• Assist in servicing and repair of equipment to ensure reliability.
• Work on Same Day and out-of-hours (OOH) rota including weekend cover.
• We collaborate with NHS; follow safety procedures and maintain equipment records.
