We are seeking an individual to raise awareness of our welfare services among social welfare agencies across South and Central Scotland. The role also involves working with socially isolated individuals to identify enriching opportunities, develop support plans, and coordinate assistance from within the RAF Benevolent Fund and other sector organizations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in social welfare support, strong relationship-building skills, and empathy or understanding of the Armed Forces community. Experience in social prescribing or veteran support is encouraged.
This community-based role is home-based, covering South and Central Scotland, with both remote and face-to-face support. The candidate must own a vehicle for regional travel, with occasional travel to Edinburgh and London. An Enhanced DBS check and proof of right to work in the UK are required.
