Typical Tasks:

• Welcoming new visitors and helping them feel at ease.
• Gathering information by completing forms (e.g., new member forms).
• Providing refreshments (teas, coffees, biscuits, etc.).
• Engaging with members during visits – being a “Listening Ear.”
• Keeping track of visitors and daily occurrences, including phone calls.
• Managing appointments using our online portal (training provided).
