Buckinghamshire Council is seeking a permanent full-time Community Engagement Officer & User Experience Officer to support the Quality, Standards & Practice team. We are also looking for a permanent full-time Community Engagement Officer & User Experience Officer to join our outstanding Quality, Standards & Practice team., For the fixed-term role until 31^st March: Working across a new Learning Disability programme of work, you'll coordinate engagement and coproduction activities, ensuring resident lived experience shapes service development and improvement. You'll build partnerships, facilitate inclusive participation, and demonstrate how feedback drives meaningful change.
For the Permanent role: You will play a key role in strengthening coproduction and ensuring that the voices of people with lived experience are at the heart of Adult Social Care. You will build and maintain relationships with our online and in-person forum communities, local resident groups, faith organisations, and other community networks, creating opportunities for residents to share their lived experiences and perspectives. Through regular engagement and coproduction activities, you will gather valuable feedback to help shape service delivery, influence decision making, and drive continuous improvement across Adult Social Care.
