This part-time position involves overseeing resident engagement in a new Build to Rent development, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth management of tenant relationships. We are excited to be recruiting an experienced Community Manager on a part time basis to assist in the management of a Build to Rent scheme located in Canning Town, London. The development contains 105 units and residents' amenities space on the ground floor including a resident's lounge, workspace, gym and post facilities. The post holder will be required to carry out some block management duties for the development and will assist in managing the relationship with the landlord, tenants and contractors.

What will it take to be successful?
We are looking for someone with prior building to rent property management experience and a proven track record in residential lettings. You will be a strong team player with excellent customer service, administration and organisational skills. The successful candidate will be comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines and able to work under their own initiative and without close supervision. You will be a strong team player with good interpersonal skills. Excellent IT skills, strong written and verbal communication and numeracy skills are also essential.
