A leading company in property management is seeking an experienced Community Manager on a part-time basis in Canning Town, London. The role encompasses managing resident relations, addressing queries, and promoting a strong community atmosphere within a development of 105 units. The ideal candidate will possess proven skills in property management and excel in customer service, facilitating a quality living environment.
We are excited to be recruiting an experienced Community Manager on a part-time basis to assist in managing a Build to Rent scheme located in Canning Town, London. The development contains 105 units and residents’ amenities such as a lounge, workspace, gym, and post facilities on the ground floor. The post holder will carry out some block management duties and help manage relationships with the landlord, tenants, and contractors.

What will it take to be successful?
