Job description

We are excited to be recruiting an experienced Community Manager on a part-time basis to assist in managing a Build to Rent scheme located in Canning Town, London. The development contains 105 units and residents’ amenities such as a lounge, workspace, gym, and post facilities on the ground floor. The post holder will carry out some block management duties and help manage relationships with the landlord, tenants, and contractors.

Main tasks:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to residents.
  • Assist the Property Manager with resident community queries.
  • Lead resident engagement and communication efforts to foster a strong community.
  • Address resident issues and requests promptly.
  • Promote a neighborly and community atmosphere.
  • Arrange and conduct viewings and assist with pre-tenancy paperwork.
  • Interact with residents in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Seek ways to exceed service expectations and enhance the Carter Jonas brand.
  • Collaborate with the building property manager in managing the development.

What will it take to be successful?
