Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Community Engagement & Investment Manager to lead the development and execution of our Customer Engagement and Community Investment strategy, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals. The role involves developing and delivering initiatives that positively impact the communities we serve, with a focus on customer voice in decision-making.

You will provide leadership to the Community Investment Team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Develop strategic and operational approaches to ensure customer insights drive policy and service improvements, while working closely across the organization to maximize social impact. Build and maintain partnerships at local and regional levels to optimize resources and secure funding. Set performance targets, monitor progress, and support the team to achieve strategic priorities. Manage the budget effectively to ensure value for money.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in customer engagement or community investment, with a strong commitment to social housing sector values and understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks. Demonstrated success in customer involvement leading to service improvements is essential. Act with integrity, respect, and flexibility, encouraging innovative ideas and continuous improvement.
