Job description

We’re looking for a Community Engagement Executive to join our Organic Social Team. Reporting to the Director of Social and collaborating with our Social Media Specialists, you’ll be responsible for building strong online communities across channels such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media and staying current with trends.

You will work with a diverse range of clients in hospitality—ranging from fast-food outlets and Michelin-starred restaurants to luxury hotels and entertainment brands—as well as clients in Education, Retail, and Tech. A love for food and drink is essential! You must also be adaptable to different sectors, audiences, and brand voices.

This is a client-facing role requiring confidence and professionalism when engaging with marketing directors and brand managers. You should be proactive in understanding your clients’ brands deeply.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and maintain social media accounts, including posting, engagement monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
  2. Participate in relevant conversations and trending topics to boost brand visibility.
  3. Use various tones of voice to develop and maintain online brand personalities.
  4. Monitor user-generated content and ensure appropriate use across channels.
  5. Handle negative comments, complaints, and PR issues swiftly and effectively.
  6. Identify and collaborate with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors.
  7. Contribute to creative content ideation with the social team.
  8. Stay updated on social media trends and best practices, maintaining expertise in community management.
  9. Report on community metrics and provide insights to support account growth.
Required Skills & Experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven success in organically growing B2C social media accounts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, and Later platforms.
  • Confidence engaging with high-level marketing and brand professionals.
  • Organized, assertive, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Friendly, sociable, and lively personality.

  • Proficiency with Google Suite.
