Community Engagement Coordinator

Type: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week

Location: UA92 Old Trafford (M16 OPU) & UA92 Business School (M3 5JS)

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000

We’re now looking for a passionate and driven Community Engagement Coordinator to join our ambitious team. This is your opportunity to be part of a game-changing institution that places social mobility and inclusivity at the heart of everything we do.

The Role

As our Community Engagement Coordinator, you’ll be on the front line of widening access to the University for underrepresented communities. You’ll connect with schools, youth groups, community leaders and organisations across Greater Manchester and beyond building meaningful, long-term relationships that inspire the next generation of students to see university as a real and exciting option.

Whether it’s delivering inspirational sessions in schools, leading community-led events, or designing engaging outreach strategies, you’ll be at the core of UA92’s mission to disrupt the traditional education model.

What You’ll Do:

Build and nurture strong relationships with schools, colleges, and community groups.
Deliver innovative outreach and recruitment events both online and in-person.
Be a visible and trusted face of UA92 in communities across Greater Manchester.
Help shape a more diverse and inclusive student body by supporting young people from all backgrounds to take their next step into Higher Education.
Track impact and evaluate engagement to continuously evolve and improve what we do.
