Job summary

SAY is recruiting care support colleagues for the Okehampton (Devon) area. The role supports people to live full and independent lives, covering budgeting, cooking, paperwork and health and wellbeing. A car is preferred for this position, and personal care or medication administration is not provided.

Flexible full-time and part-time patterns are available, with 6 weeks paid holiday. Salary is £12.95 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care environment preferred.
• Must have access to a car.
• Driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support with budgeting, cooking, correspondence and wellbeing.
• Provide prompts to help individuals live independently.
• Not responsible for personal care or medication administration.
