Job summary

SAY is recruiting caring colleagues to join our team in the Bampton area of Devon. You will help people live fuller, more independent lives with practical support across budgeting, cooking, paperwork, and wellbeing. A car driver is preferred, and prior care experience is welcome—patients are supported safely in their homes and communities.

Roles are available on a full-time or part-time basis. Salary is £12.95 per hour, with 6 weeks paid holiday and no personal care or medication administration

Qualifications

• Experience in a care environment preferred.
• Car driver with use of a car.
• Passion for helping others to live independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical support in budgeting and finance, cooking and nutrition, correspondence and paperwork.
• Support health and wellbeing of individuals.
• Assist with everyday tasks while promoting independence.
