Job summary

Palladium International Ltd is recruiting for a community-based role based in Oxfordshire (Oxford or Didcot) with travel across the local area. The role focuses on locating and supporting individuals facing barriers to employment, promoting their suitability to employers and delivering tailored employment support.

You will develop action plans, perform regular check-ins, and build partnerships with local employers to create opportunities, including placements and shadowing experiences.

Qualifications

• Based in Oxford or Didcot with travel across the local area.
• Promote clients to employers and raise awareness of available support.
• Provide one-to-one support and coaching to individuals.
• Build employment opportunities through proactive engagement with employers.
• Maintain customer records to a quality standard.

Responsibilities

• Champion customers as valuable candidates by promoting them to employers.
• Create individualized action plans and monitor progress.
• Regularly check-in with customers before and after employment.
• Advocate for Palladium programmes with employers for inclusive recruitment.
• Facilitate work experiences such as placements, trials and shadowing.
• Provide ongoing in-work support to customers and liaise with employers.
