Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on care experience.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care, including washing, bathing, and continence support.
• Assisting with mobility and medication administration or prompting.
• Preparing meals and supporting with light household tasks.
• Delivering person-centred care that promotes dignity, choice, and independence.
• Supporting clients to attend appointments and access their local community.
• Working closely with families and healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding care.
