Job summary

Central England Co-operative in Birmingham is seeking a friendly, customer‑focused Retail Assistant to support daily store operations. You will help on checkouts, shop floor duties, housekeeping, date code checks and ensure accurate temperature logs, while promoting membership benefits to customers.

No prior experience is required; a positive, neat appearance and willingness to learn are all that’s needed. Flexible shifts incl. evenings/weekends, with ongoing training and development.
