Thame Adult Community Health Care Team (ACHT) within Buckinghamshire is delighted to announce there is a position for full-time Advanced Community Practitioner Band 7 nurse with a special interest in tissue viability.
Thame District Nursing has a wide range of enthusiastic and committed staff from various backgrounds building a service with priorities that reflects high standards in care and changing needs of the service.
As part of an integrated Trust, Thame ACHT reflects a cohesive approach, with both Primary and Secondary care services that has been designed in response to the changing needs of the local population.

PPE requirements: Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust requires all colleagues to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with our infection prevention and control procedures.
