Job summary

East of England Health and Care NHS Trust in Cambridge is seeking a Dietitian to join the Adult Clinical Community Team. You will deliver dietetic services, conduct assessments, manage community caseload, and contribute to Nutrition Support Pathway development.

The post offers opportunities to lead group education sessions, develop enteral feeding knowledge, supervise students, and support service improvements in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must have HCPC registration or working towards; relevant Dietetics degree and clinical dietetics knowledge.
• Ability to deliver dietetic services in community settings including home visits and clinics.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with patient-centred approach.
• Experience in group education and development of health education resources.
• Commitment to CPD and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dietetic services within the Adult Clinical Community Team.
• Assess, treat and manage community patients including home visits and clinics.
• Undertake comprehensive patient assessments and set nutrition goals.
• Lead and deliver patient education sessions and develop resources.
• Support supervision of dietetic students and contribute to service development.
