Job summary

HCRG Care Group is seeking a Community Dietitian to deliver patient-centred nutrition support across Wiltshire and Swindon. Based at Chippenham Community Hospital, you will assess, plan and manage nutritional care in diverse community settings, helping people maintain independence and improve quality of life.

The role focuses on evidence-based dietetic practice within a supportive team, with opportunities to develop clinically across a varied caseload outside hospital settings.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with current practice registration.
• Experience delivering community dietetics or similar support.
• Commitment to evidence-based nutrition and patient-centred care.

As a Community Dietitian, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based dietetic assessment, treatment and management to patients across a range of community environments. Working as part of a supportive and experienced team, you will deliver personalised nutritional care to individuals with diverse clinical needs while contributing to innovative and responsive community services.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your clinical skills across a varied caseload while making a meaningful impact on patients' lives outside of traditional hospital settings.
