Job description

Join The Film and TV Charity as our Community Development Manager and lead our work tackling loneliness and fostering connection across the film, TV, and cinema workforce.

About the role

Are you passionate about building inclusive communities and improving wellbeing in the creative industries?

You’ll manage our Community Partnerships programme, help shape strategy, and collaborate with peer-led groups to create meaningful impact.

If you have experience in community development, mental health, or the creative sector – especially in film, TV, and cinema – we’d love to hear from you.

  • Salary: c.£55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Reporting to: Head of Research and Impact
  • Location: Hybrid – London office (Golden Square) and home-based.
  • Contract and hours: 9–12 months, fixed-term contract (starting late September 2025).
