An established industry player is seeking a passionate Community Development Co-ordinator to join their Regeneration and Partnerships team. This role offers the chance to work flexibly within the vibrant Tees Valley community, driving initiatives that empower residents and foster connections. With a strong focus on community engagement, you will play a pivotal role in creating thriving neighborhoods and supporting grassroots initiatives. The organization values diversity and inclusivity, providing tailored support beyond housing solutions. If you're ready to make a meaningful impact, this is the opportunity for you!
Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a Community Development Co-ordinator (internally known as a Community Connector) to join our Regeneration and Partnerships team.
We have big ambitions to ensure our neighbourhoods are great places customers love, and you’ll help us to achieve these aspirations.
This is a roam role, so you’ll work mainly out in the community across the Tees Valley. You’ll work at least one day a week from our fantastic office at Hudson Quay in Middlesbrough, with opportunities to work from home. Flexibility around business and team needs is essential, and you may need to come into the office more frequently when required.
We’re more than just a housing association; we’re community builders. As the largest in the North East, managing over 34,000 properties, we value diversity and inclusivity, offering tailored support services beyond housing.
See the attached documents for more details. For an informal discussion, contact Carolyn Handley or Jane Hobbs, Community Partnership Managers, at 01642 668378 or 07876 137636.
