Job summary

Omnes Healthcare is seeking a committed Dermatologist to work across Cumbria and Lancashire in outpatient clinics. You will undertake dermatological diagnostic and surgical procedures and autonomously prescribe for patients in a community clinic setting.

Key duties include triage, minor surgeries, audits, and tele-dermatology, with collaboration to ensure high-quality patient care across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Full GMC registration.
• MRCP or equivalent.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a community clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical triage for dermatology referrals and provide thorough assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and advice for both acute and chronic dermatological conditions.
• Perform minor surgeries, including excision of low-risk basal cell carcinoma, following national guidelines.
• Conduct audits of clinical standards and contribute to clinical leadership.
• Provide comprehensive, systematic patient assessments, including consideration of lifestyle impacts.
• Participate in tele-dermatology clinics to review patient images and establish appropriate care pathways.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality patient care.

Education
