Qualifications

• Essential criteria include NMC registration on Part 1 and ENB related course.
• Evidence of continued professional development.
• Currently pursuing higher qualification (Diploma or Degree).

Responsibilities

• Assist Team Leader to meet commissioned targets while ensuring optimum care.
• Assess patients and provide early supported/discharged care.
• Visit patients with COPD diagnosis, provide education, and optimise treatment.
• Deliver education on COPD management to patients and carers.
• Support service governance and maintain high standards of care.
