Are you ready to make a genuine difference in health and social care? We have an opportunity in our Care At Home team within an exciting new role. We are seeking passionate individuals to lead and support a team of front line Home Care Reablement Workers within East Renfrewshire.
This role gives you the chance to have a positive and direct impact on people's lives and is vital in ensuring the delivery of a high standard of care to the people who use our service.
This is a role where you will directly line manage and mentor a community-based team. You will ensure staff are supported through regular training and development essential to their roles. You will also engage with other professionals across the HSCP and contribute to the smooth functioning of our automated scheduling system.
A key element of this role includes developing and monitoring person-centred care plans and ensuring appropriate service delivery to meet individuals' assessed needs.
We are seeking someone with good knowledge and understanding of resource management within a social care setting. This includes awareness of current challenges and pressures involved in providing this service, while effectively identifying positive outcomes related to care delivery.

SSSC registration is required within the first 3 months of employment.
