East Cheshire NHS Trust is seeking a registered Nurse Associate to join the Bladder and Bowel Service, delivering continence management to adults in the community across East Cheshire. The role includes independent clinic and home visits, assessment, advice and treatment with support from the team.

The post offers development opportunities in continence care, requires DBS check, and visa sponsorship restrictions are noted for non-UK applicants. 34.5 hours per week, fixed-term for 2 years.

Formación

• Demonstrated communication with patients, relatives and carers.
• Experience in assessment and therapeutic interventions in area of practice.
• Ability to prioritise and organise workload effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialist continence nursing care under supervision.
• Deliver evidence-based holistic care promoting continence management.
• Assess, treat and review patients with bladder and/or bowel symptoms per NICE guidelines.
• Manage a caseload and collaborate with partner agencies to plan care.
