Job Description:

Sir Robert McAlpine is seeking an experienced Community & Communications Coordinator to join the major projects team on the high-profile Agratas construction project in Bridgewater.

Throughout the country, Sir Robert McAlpine has built iconic landmarks such as Cornwall's Eden Project, the Wales Millennium Centre, Birmingham's Bull Ring, and London's Emirates Stadium.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main contact for enquiries and complaints related to SRM construction activities.
  • Provide a regularly updated schedule of construction activities, including working hours, major milestones, and deliveries, and communicate this to the community.
  • Support the Agratas team in maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and residents through visits and engagement.
  • Attend public meetings, exhibitions, and events, including parish council and community meetings.
  • Collaborate with partners on the Agratas-Gravity site to share updates and address concerns.
  • Participate in STEM and educational events locally.
  • Support local charity and CSR initiatives.
Your Profile:
  • Experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Background in construction and major projects.
  • Experience engaging with the public and stakeholders.
  • Public relations experience.
