Job summary

Northern Ireland Housing Executive is seeking a Community Cohesion and Involvement Officer to assist in delivering cohesion strategies, associated action plans, and developing components to promote cohesion within Housing Executive neighbourhoods.

The role requires meeting the essential criteria outlined in the Candidate Information Pack and involves engaging with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen community relations across Northern Ireland.

Qualifications

• Degree (Level 6*) or equivalent with at least 1 year of customer support experience.
• BTEC Higher Cert/Diploma (Level 5*) with at least 1 year of customer support experience.
• BTEC Higher Cert/Diploma (Level 5*) or equivalent with at least 2 years of customer support experience.
• CPD or experiential learning with at least 3 years of relevant experience and dates to demonstrate it.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering NIHE Community Cohesion and Community Involvement strategies and action plans.
• Develop components to deliver community cohesion within Housing Executive neighbourhoods.
• Pro-actively promote Community Cohesion and Community Involvement across Northern Ireland.
