Job summary

A healthcare provider in Devon is seeking a Clinical Nurse Advisor to support patients receiving Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) in the community. The role involves delivering care directly to patients in their homes, educating their families, and managing TPN-related equipment. Candidates should be NMC-registered and have at least a year of post-registration experience. This is a full-time, field-based position with opportunities for ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year post-registration experience.
• Experience in community settings is preferred.
• Confident working independently in a community-based role.

Responsibilities

• Delivering care via home visits and virtual support.
• Educating and supporting patients, families, and carers.
• Conducting clinical audits and contributing to quality improvement.
• Liaising with hospital and community-based healthcare teams.
• Managing TPN-related equipment and supplies.
• Maintaining CPD and ensuring full clinical compliance.
