The role involves delivering care directly to patients in their homes, educating their families, and managing TPN-related equipment. Candidates should be NMC-registered and have at least a year of post-registration experience. This is a full-time, field-based position with opportunities for ongoing training.

Overview

Clinical Nurse Advisor - Devon role at Inizio Engage.

Due to the continued expansion of our outpatient nutrition service, we are recruiting Clinical Nurse Advisers to join our growing homecare nursing team. This role involves supporting patients receiving Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) in the community. This is a field-based position providing direct care to patients in their own homes. You will play a key role in supporting safe discharge from hospital and helping patients manage their complex therapy at home. We welcome applicants who are already working in community settings, as well as nurses looking to transition from a hospital-based role into the community.

Responsibilities
