Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. Based at a housing in the Selly Oak area of Birmingham, you will join our Cleaning Team who are based at a housing in the Selly Oak area of Birmingham.

The role involves general cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all residents.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience in a professional setting.
• Experience using cleaning machinery.
• Strong communication skills to speak with residents.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of communal internal and external areas (lifts, stairs, courtyards, paths, grass) as per contract.
• Remove dumped refuse bags and household items to refuse chambers.
• Check communal lighting and replace blown bulbs.
• Sweep hard surfaces and pick litter from soft surfaces.
• Clean windows within easy reach.
