Community Case Manager

Are you an experienced RMN ready for a new role? Our client is seeking a Monday-Friday Community Clinical Lead/Deputy Manager to join their Specialist Contract Division in Bristol. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team and support individuals with complex mental health needs. Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team in providing care for individuals with complex mental health needs.
2. Support the development and implementation of care plans.
3. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
4. Provide training and mentorship to team members.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) qualification.
2. Experience in a similar role or setting.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
